Presley Gerber, son of Cindy Crawford, dead at 27

Gerber, a model and mental health advocate, died at a rehab facility in Los Angeles, according to online records of the L.A. County Medical Examiner. No cause of death or further details have been shared at this time.

The death was confirmed by Allie Jenkins, a representative for Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber.

"The family is asking for privacy during this very difficult and painful time," Jenkins said in an email Sunday night.

Presley was the older brother of model and actress Kaia Gerber.

In 2018, he appeared alongside his mother ⁠in Pepsi's Super Bowl LII commercial.

He had previously opened up about his struggles with ‌mental health and substance use. In an Instagram post last November, he shared he had started a series ​called "Mental health Mondays," saying "the goal was to ⁠spark real conversations about the stuff ⁠most people hide."

In December 2025, Gerber discussed taking several medications, including buprenorphine, Xanax and Valium, while dealing with panic attacks in a since-deleted Instagram video, according to People Magazine.

In August, his sister Kaia ⁠Gerber spoke about her brother's struggles ​in an ⁠interview with Vogue magazine. "When something like that happens in a family, it kind of levels everyone," she said.
