Prince Harry has received an exciting news amid his father King Charles and uncle Earl Spencer row over claims regarding Princess Diana.

Nearly all Britain's newspapers splashed their front pages with details from a soon-to-be-released book by Diana's brother that quotes King Charles as saying in the days after her death in 1997: "Rest assured, we'll forget her soon enough".

In response, Buckingham Palace issued an unusually pointed statement: "His Majesty is mindful that the pain of fraternal grief can cloud reason, affect judgment and colour memory in ways others do not recognise, even many years after such a loss."

Amid this development, Prince Harry attended Invictus Games fund raising event on Thursday.

Later, the Invictus Games Foundation shared a photo of the Duke and announced β€œTogether, we have raised more than Β£1.6 million at the inaugural Invictus Spirit Awards presented by ATCO.”

The money will help create more opportunities for wounded, injured and sick service personnel and veterans around the world to recover through sport.

β€œOur Founder and Patron, The Duke of Sussex, with former Invictus Games competitors Josh Boggi and Steve Arnold, two people who know first-hand the difference this community can make,” the post further reads.

It added β€œA huge thank you to everyone who came, donated, and helped make the evening possible.”
