Puka Nacua questionable to play vs. Giants with hip injury - Rams Wire
The Los Angeles Rams have not had a pleasant week since returning from their Australia trip as injuries continue to pile up for the franchise. After losing Myles Garrett this week to injured reserve, several other key players have been banged up.
On the offensive side of the ball, star receiver Puka Nacua will be listed as questionable and will miss Saturday's practice, with Rams.com's Stu Jackson reporting that Nacua had soreness in his groin after Thursday's team activities.
Nacua's prior psoas issue limited him in preseason, but he was excellent in the opener, operating as the franchise's only real threat in the passing game. Nacua played 43 out of the team's 61 total snaps and was only off the field for eight of Matthew Stafford's 51 snaps. Stafford was benched to end the game due to the blowout forced by the San Francisco 49ers.
Nacua was targeted nine times, hauling in five catches for 74 yards, leading the team in both categories for the game.
