Putin puts 4 Japanese factories under Russian management - NHKニュース

Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed an order putting four factories owned by a group firm of Japan Tobacco under temporary Russian company management.

Putin signed the executive order on Thursday.

AFP news agency reported that the measure was taken based on a law targeting the Russian businesses of foreign firms to counter sanctions imposed by other countries.
