Raphinha was the star of the show, scoring a hat-trick, while the other four goals came from Joao Cancelo, an Asier Villalibre own goal, Lamine Yamal, and Gabriel Jesus.
The visitors pulled two goals back through Maguette Gueye and Yassir Zabiri.

Raphinha extended Barcelona's lead to 2-0 in the 25th minute. The Brazilian won a penalty after being brought down by Pedro Felipe inside the box.
The Barcelona captain stepped up to take the spot-kick, placing the ball into the bottom right corner to make it 2-0.
Racing Santander reduced the deficit five minutes later. Maguette Gueye capitalized on a defensive error by Barcelona to chip the ball over Joan Garcia.
However, Barcelona pulled away again. A long-range shot from Cancelo deflected off Villalibre before nestling into the top left corner of the Racing goal. 3-1 to Barca.
Raphinha scored his second goal after receiving a through-ball from Dani Olmo, finishing with a low shot across the face of goal that Agirrezabala failed to stop.
Barcelona had a chance to add another goal before halftime via a penalty. Raphinha allowed Yamal to take the spot-kick after Adeyemi was brought down by Felipe; however, Yamal's shot to the bottom right corner was saved by Agirrezabala.
Yamal missed another chance early in the second half when his shot struck the post. Racing narrowed the deficit again through Yassir Zabiri, capitalizing on a mistake by Wojciech Szczesny—who had come on at halftime—after the goalkeeper lost possession while trying to build play from the back. The scoreline became 4-2.
Barcelona responded two minutes later. Raphinha scored again from the penalty spot after Iker Luque fouled Adeyemi.
Barcelona kept up the pressure. Yamal had a goal disallowed for offside, but the youngster later played a role in Barcelona's sixth goal.
In the 79th minute, Yamal set up Gabriel Jesus, who fired a shot into the top right corner to make it 6-2.
Yamal finally got his name on the scoresheet in the 89th minute. Adeyemi controlled a cut-back before passing to Yamal, who finished with a first-time shot.
