RCMP say Louay Angoud allegedly communicated online with members of a terrorist group and gathered information to build a chemical weapon that could be used to poison Canadians.

The RCMP say Louay Angoud intended to carry out an attack on behalf of the Islamic State.
He is alleged to have communicated online with members of a terrorist group and gathered information to build a chemical weapon that could be used to poison Canadians.
He will appear in court in Quebec City today, according to Radio-Canada.Β
