Rep. Moore: Congress Faces Packed Post-Midterm Agenda

Rep. Blake Moore (R-UT) says candidates need to be candid with voters about higher energy prices and the challenges driving them. Rep. Moore says Congress should take up bipartisan permitting reform after the midterms as lawmakers look for ways to address energy costs. Rep. Moore says reconciliation also needs to be addressed despite a packed lame-duck agenda that includes defense authorization and appropriations. Rep. Moore says any reconciliation package would likely change from earlier drafts and could include legislation he says would save hundreds of billions of dollars by targeting fraud.
