RMP doctor arrested, 73 tramadol vials seized In Eluru district

The Eluru district police on Tuesday arrested an RMP doctor, P. Nagendra Kumar, for allegedly possessing sedative injections.
Following the directions of Superintendent of Police K. Pratap Shiva Kishore, a police team led by Jangareddygudem Deputy Superintendent of Police B. H. Venkateshwarlu arrested the doctor in Kukunoor mandal and seized 73 Tramadol injection vials from his possession.
Earlier, the police had arrested four medical shop owners in connection with a racket involving the illegal sale of Tramadol injections and seized 880 injection vials from them.
