Roadies Rebirth pits OGs against NewGs: When, where to watch Rannvijay's show

Roadies is set to return with a new season, and the makers have now shared key details about what viewers can expect from Roadies Rebirth. The upcoming edition will bring back Rannvijay Singha as host, while also introducing a changed competition format for the long-running adventure reality show.

The new season will mark a shift for the franchise in more ways than one. Along with Singha’s return, the show is being built around an OGs vs NewGs format, with six Gang Leaders split into two larger groups instead of leading separate gangs, as has been the case in previous seasons.

Roadies Rebirth will premiere on October 16, 2026. Fresh episodes will be released every Friday and Saturday at 7 pm.

Unlike previous years, the new season will stream on both Netflix and JioHotstar, and will also air on MTV. This is the first time the season will be available across both OTT platforms, giving viewers the option to watch it on either service alongside its television telecast.

The announcement ends the wait for viewers who had been looking forward to the return of the adventure reality show. In earlier seasons, the show had generally been associated with a particular streaming platform, but the makers have changed that plan this year by bringing it to two OTT services.Rannvijay returns as host

Rannvijay Singha will be back as the host of Roadies Rebirth. His association with the franchise goes back several years, making his return a familiar one for long-time viewers.

Speaking about the show’s return, he earlier said, “Roadies isn’t just a show for me; it’s an emotion. After all these years, the hunger, courage and dreams of every Roadie still hit differently. Roadies REBIRTH is about that very essence, i.e., pushing your limits, fighting harder and refusing to back down."

Roadies Rebirth is centred on a new competition format, OGs vs NewGs. For the first time, six Gang Leaders will be part of Roadies, but they will not lead six separate gangs. Instead, the six leaders have been divided into two larger groups.
