Salah opened the scoring in the fourth minute after breaking behind the Galatasaray defense and calmly finishing past goalkeeper Uğurcan Çakır.

The Egyptian forward then turned provider in the 39th minute, setting up Noah Saviolo, who doubled Trabzonspor's advantage with a low finish.

Salah found the net again just before halftime. After Franculino Dju won possession and played the ball into the area, Salah finished from close range in the 44th minute to make it 3-0.

Trabzonspor continued to control the game after the break, while Galatasaray struggled to create a response. Galatasaray coach Okan Buruk was sent off in the 72nd minute for his protests.

Salah completed his hat-trick in the 80th minute, receiving the ball from Ozan Tufan before advancing into the penalty area and calmly placing his shot beyond Çakır.

Galatasaray were reduced to 10 men late in the match when Lesley Ugochukwu's yellow card was upgraded to a red following a VAR review in the 85th minute.

The result gave Trabzonspor their first victory under new head coach Thomas Reis and handed Galatasaray their first league defeat of the season. Trabzonspor moved to 10 points, while Galatasaray remained on 13 points at the top of the table.
