Sanya Lopez, Jak Roberto, Anjay Anson fly to Japan for Pistang Pilipino 2026 - GMA Network

Sanya Lopez, Jak Roberto, and Anjay Anson have jetted off to Japan to join the three-day celebration of Pistang Pilipino Hiroshima 2026.

According to Athena Imperial’s report on “24 Oras” on Friday, the event, which runs from September 18 to 20, will showcase Filipino food, music, culture, and entertainment.

"We’re very excited for the OFWs, for our fellow Filipinos there in Japan. Let’s all see each other," Sanya said in a mix of Filipino and English.

The Sparkle star also revealed that she has prepared a set featuring some of her hit songs, including “Hot Maria Clara” and “Laro.”

“Of course, I prepared our song, the one we were going to sing for them. Of course, my songs are there. ‘Hot Maria Clara’ and ‘Laro’ won’t be missing,” she shared.

Meanwhile, Jak is looking forward to taking a break from taping while also fulfilling his work commitments in Japan.

He also teased, “We prepared some performances, songs, and dances. So stay tuned for that.”

For Anjay, the trip marks his first time visiting Japan.

"It is my first time there. We will be there for five days. And I'm really excited because that is what I really want. I really want to travel, to go around the whole world," he said in Filipino.

"I'm excited to bring joy to our Kapuso viewers in Hiroshima," he added.
