SB19 to release 'GENTO' featuring Kento Nakajima - GMA Network

We're getting a new "GENTO" in 2026!

SB19 is set to release a new version of their 2023 smash hit, and this time it will feature Fil-Japanese artist Kento Nakajima!

The track will be dropped on Friday, October 30.

The P-pop Kings previously worked with Kento for a collaboration stage during the Tokyo leg of the Summer Sonic Festival. Kento appeared during their "GENTO" performance and sang his own verse.

Kento is one of several artists of Filipino descent making their name in the J-pop industry. He confirmed that he is half-Filipino during an interaction with Liza Soberano at a fashion show in New York.

Fondly known as Kenty, Kento is a known singer, actor, and television personality in Japan.

This is SB19's second collaboration with a Japanese act. Earlier this year, they released "Toyfriend," which they performed along with the boy group Be:First.

SB19 has been steadily making waves in Japan. They appeared in the television program "DayDay." and was featured on the back cover of the Anan magazine.

The group also held a fan meet after their stint at the Summer Sonic and a highly successful pop-up store in Shibuya.
