SDM University conducted a leadership training programme for around 100 selected students on September 11 and 12, in association with M.R. Pai Foundation, Mumbai.

The programme, being organised for the fifth consecutive year, focused on developing leadership and management skills among students. Corporate trainers Vivek Pataki and Clarissa Jathanna were the resource persons.

The sessions covered goal setting and achievement, communication skills, habit formation and personal potential, decision-making and problem-solving, teamwork, self-belief and building meaningful relationships.

Registrar Dr. Chidendra M. Shettar and finance officer V.G. Prabhu distributed certificates to the participants. Deputy Registrar Dr. Ajantha G.S. addressed the students during the inaugural programme.
