The BV Foundation for Peace and Harmony and the Gandhi Centre will organise a seminar on world peace at the Gandhi Centre seminar hall on the Dr. L.B. College premises at 10 a.m. on September 20.

A poster announcing the seminar was released on Wednesday by Haranadh, Head of the Department of Social Work. Narava Prakasa Rao, founder-secretary of BVF, appealed to peace lovers to attend the seminar and participate in administering the peace pledge. The seminar is being held ahead of the International Day of Peace observed on September 21.

V. Balamohan Das, president of the Gandhi Centre, and other scholars are expected to participate.
