Popular Indian playback singer Sonu Nigam has tested positive for COVID-19 along with his family members, including his wife, son, and sister-in-law.

The singer announced the matter on social media on January 4.
Sonu, who currently stayed in Dubai with his family, was supposed to go to a show's shoot in Bhubaneshwar. However, he won't be able to attend now as he is in quarantine.
He said that his symptoms are mild and he is quite well now.
Several Indian celebrities, including Kareena Kapoor, Nora Fatehi, Prem Chopra, Ekta Kapoor, and John Abraham, among many others, also tested positive for COVID-19 recently.
