Suspended Deputy National Police Commissioner Shadrack Sibiya will remain behind bars pending his return to court on Thursday to conclude his bail hearing.
During his bail application before the Randburg Magistrates Court on Tuesday, Sibiya claimed that the charges of rape, sexual grooming of a minor, and human trafficking against him are unfounded.
He explained to the court why a sexual video involving a minor was found on his phone.
