She was one of four people shot by two masked men during a boxing event at the popular local nightspot.
Three men — Zachary Uchtman, Brodie Blackwood and Kane Barrett — were also hospitalised after being shot in the incident.
Logan District Detective Inspector Ian Galpin said the incident was now a homicide investigation.
"A 19-year-old woman in the prime of her life who was simply going out for a night out with friends has had her life taken from her in the most cowardly way," he said.
"We have not stopped and we will not stop until these people are identified and taken into custody."

Detective Inspector Galpin appealed to anyone with information to be to come forward.
"There are people out there who know exactly who was involved in this offence and know exactly why it occurred.
"I'm asking those people to brave enough to come forward with that information and contact police."
With some 80 detectives working on the case, Detective Inspector Galpin said Queensland Police had not ruled out gang involvement in the shooting.
"We are keeping a very open mind to the involvement of gangs," he said.
"That said, our priority now is to identify the persons involved and the reasons for this offence occurring.

"The police have received a lot of information in the last few days.
"I encourage the community to keep that information coming in."
Detective Inspector Galpin said Ms Schuster-Togiatau's family were going through "an incredibly difficult time".
"We're in touch with the family and they're not doing well," he said.
"It's an incredibly difficult time. I can't imagine the hurt they're going through.
"We will continue to support the family in every way possible."
He confirmed that two of the other victims of Saturday's shooting have been released from hospital, with one remaining to receive more treatment.
Logan City Mayor Jon Raven said he was "deeply saddened" by Ms Schuster-Togiatau's passing.
"The 19-year-old Logan local was deeply loved by her family, friends and community," he said.
"I cannot comprehend the pain they are going through."

A Gofundme page "supporting Vana-Reese and her whānau", was set up earlier this week.
It has raised more than $53,000 with a target of $70,000.
"From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for your love, kindness and support during this heartbreaking time," it says.
Detective Inspector Galpin thanked the quick thinking of people at the venue who came to the aid of victims on Saturday night before emergency services arrived.
"My gratitude goes out to those people because as you can imagine, it was a very hectic and confusing scene," he said.
"Some people at the event assisted with first aid and were of significant help to QPS, QAS and all emergency services that responded."
