Different countries have their own traditional medicine systems and regulatory standards. In the process of promoting international cooperation in traditional medicine, how can we promote mutual recognition of standards among different countries?Β
"The foundation of mutual recognition of standards is data interoperability," said Miao Jiajun, director of the "Belt and Road" Standards and Health Industry Working Committee of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies.
Miao said China should work with other countries to jointly develop standards, rather than simply exporting its own rules. He also emphasized the importance of using scientific research and other forms of innovation to build partnerships with local institutions and businesses.
