Heavy to intense rains with lightning and strong winds are expected over parts of Metro Manila, Bataan, and six other areas, according to Thunderstorm Advisory No. 11 issued by PAGASA at 2:30 a.m., on Monday, September 21, 2026.
"All are advised to take precautionary measures against the impacts associated with these hazards which include flash floods and landslides," PAGASA said. — BAP, GMA News
