Trump continues to show frustration with Zelenskyy | NHK WORLD-JAPAN News - NHKニュース
US President Donald Trump has again expressed his dissatisfaction with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
Trump was speaking to reporters at the White House on Monday.
Referring to Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, Trump said, "Zelenskyy is a man that should have had this war settled a long time ago." Trump added that if Zelenskyy had listened to him, the Ukrainian president would have made "a much better deal a long time ago."
Trump also said he thinks it is "time for somebody else to negotiate on behalf of Ukraine."
Asked about whether the United States shares information with Ukraine on Russian attacks, Trump replied that they share "a lot of" intelligence. Trump then claimed that while the US side has given a lot to Ukraine, they have given nothing to the US.
