UFC 332 weigh-ins: Title hopefuls on mark, but one heavy in SLC
The weigh-ins are in the books for UFC 332, and all but one fighter hit their marks on the scale.
The weigh-insΒ took place at the UFC host hotel in Salt Lake City. The nearby Delta Center hosts Saturday's event (Paramount+/CBS).
In the main event, Natalia Silva (20-5-1 MMA, 8-0 UFC) takes on Wang Cong (10-1 MMA, 5-1 UFC)Β for the women's flyweight title vacated by two-time champion Valentina Shevchenko. They were the first two to come to the scale during the two-hour window. Cong was a half-pound under the title limit, and Silva was right on the nose at 125 pounds.
Only Esteban Ribovics (16-3 MMA, 5-3 UFC) missed weight for his lightweight bout against King Green (36-17-1 MMA, 17-12-1 UFC), who was 155.5 pounds. Ribovics was 156.5 on the scale, and that half-pound miss will cost him 20 percent of his purse.
