UK RAF threat arrests lead world updates; Albanese flags India ties

In London, the UK's Counter Terrorism Policing said five men arrested over an explosives threat to an RAF base are British nationals in their 20s. In New York, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said the India-Australia partnership is "underutilised" and that he and Prime Minister Narendra Modi are "very keen on rectifying that". China also said it had agreed with the US on tariff reductions and an artificial intelligence dialogue, while Nepalese officials said two more bodies had been recovered from the Himlung Himal avalanche site.
