Designed under the philosophy of “Built for Years,” the launch celebrated a major milestone for the brand as the global REDMI Note Series officially surpassed 500 million shipments worldwide.

The newly introduced lineup highlights four smartphones crafted to bring flagship-grade endurance, structural durability, and performance to diverse consumer needs: the flagship REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G, REDMI Note 17 Pro 5G, REDMI Note 17 Pro, and the REDMI Note 17.

At the centre of the new lineup is Xiaomi’s revolutionary REDMI Titan Quality, engineered to ensure long-term dependability through years of daily use. Leading the series, the REDMI Note 17 Pro Max 5G debuts Xiaomi’s largest-ever 10,000mAh smartphone battery equipped with 100W HyperCharge, delivering up to three days of power on a single charge and retaining at least 80 per cent capacity after 1,600 charge cycles.

Highlighting the vision behind the new launch, Country Manager Xiaomi Nigeria, Mr. Vandy, stated: “With the REDMI Note 17 Series, we are delivering on our core promise: premium innovation made accessible to everyone without sacrificing longevity. By introducing REDMI Titan Quality and up to six years of security updates, we are offering Nigerian consumers a device engineered to perform like new for years to come.”

Also speaking, the CEO of Finet, Dr Fred Nnadike said: “As Xiaomi’s distribution partner, we are proud to expand the reach of the REDMI Note 17 Series across Nigeria. On her part, Retail Manager, Xiaomi Nigeria, Nicole Yahaya, said it is value packed for consumers and has set a pinnacle for excellence.
