Youth in Keralam’s Kozhikode held for alleged bid to record visuals from hospital toilet

The police on Friday (September 11) took a 22-year-old into custody for allegedly attempting to record visuals from a toilet at the Kozhikode Medical College Hospital here.

The alleged incident occurred around 2 p.m in ward number 203 of the hospital. According to the police, the youth tried to film the adjoining toilet from above the partition while using a common toilet meant for both male and female patients and attendants. He had reportedly arrived at the hospital as an attendant to his father who was undergoing treatment.

Following a complaint by a woman accompanying another patient, the Medical College police reached the hospital and took the youth into custody. The police also seized the mobile phone reportedly used by the youth.
