Internationly operates as an automated news verification and curation engine. Our technology scans public RSS, Atom, and syndicated editorial feeds provided by authorized international, regional, and national news publishers. All dispatches presented on this platform are limited to headlines, metadata, brief quotations, and short analytical excerpts for informational, non-commercial awareness and comparative journalistic commentary under international Fair Use and Fair Dealing doctrines.

2. Publisher Ownership & Attribution Rights

All original articles, investigative reporting, quotes, media photographs, corporate trademarks, logos, and masthead assets displayed on Internationly remain the exclusive intellectual property of their respective original publishing houses (including but not limited to Reuters, Associated Press, BBC, CNN, The Guardian, The New York Times, and regional partners).

Internationly makes zero claim of ownership over third-party reporting. Each article card and reader page prominently attributes the originating publication and includes direct, outbound hyperlinks directing readers to the full, unabridged dispatch on the publisher's official server.

3. Intellectual Property & DMCA Copyright Takedowns

We respect copyright holders and maintain strict compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), the European Copyright Directive, and international intellectual property treaties. If you are a copyright owner, publisher, or authorized legal representative and believe that any syndicated excerpt or embedded thumbnail exceeds fair journalistic commentary, please submit an expedited takedown notice to our compliance desk:

4. Acceptable User Conduct & Scraping Restrictions

When accessing Internationly, you agree to abide by the following standards of conduct:

• You shall not engage in denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, brute-force authentication against administrative endpoints, or any behavior that impairs portal responsiveness.
• You shall not employ automated bots, scrapers, or programmatic harvesters to bulk-extract articles or bypass the portal's rate-limiting mechanisms without explicit written consent.
• You shall not reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the automated ranking, deduplication, or trending algorithms of the platform.

5. Monetization, Third-Party Advertising & Partner Links

Internationly is supported by digital advertising, programmatic monetization partners (including Monetag, Google AdSense, and certified ad exchanges), and potential affiliate references. Third-party advertising networks may serve text, display, in-page push, native banners, or interstitial advertisements across public reader sections.

We do not control the independent content, products, or claims presented in third-party advertisements. Clicking on an advertisement or external sponsor link directs you to an independent third-party domain subject to that vendor's privacy guidelines and terms of purchase.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Editorial Independence

Internationly is provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied. While our algorithms normalize and filter news data continuously, we cannot and do not guarantee the factual accuracy, completeness, reliability, or timeliness of external news stories generated by third-party media organizations.

The opinions, editorial stances, commentaries, and reporting published by external media networks do not represent the views or official policy of Internationly, its founders, or its technology maintainers.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, Internationly, its operators, directors, and technical affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your access, inability to access, or reliance upon any content or services provided through this platform.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws governing international digital communications and electronic commerce, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith mediation or competent administrative arbitration.
